MiCA + PI licensed
DORA ICT Third-Party Register
First-time RoI submission
Coingate received its MiCA and PI licenses in December 2025. The licenses brought new DORA ICT third-party reporting obligations into their scope for the first time, with no prior submission to draw on as a template.
The team’s first response was to build the register themselves. After investing significant time, the team decided to look for a market solution to simplify and structure the process from the start. The aim was a system that would carry the structural complexity, so the internal effort could focus on the data itself.
The team flagged one enhancement they would value: a more convenient and clearer review function, with all the filled information consolidated in a single view for easier oversight. The current workflow handled its first submission cleanly. The wish is for richer, at-a-glance visibility as the register continues to grow.
Worth noting: A consolidated review experience is among the planned enhancements as the product continues to evolve in response to customer feedback like this.
With the structure clear and the data in place, Coingate expects routine updates to take little time and little additional resource. The information layout itself makes it straightforward to find what needs changing, and keeping providers and contracts current across the year sits comfortably within their existing workflow.
